RENT COLLECTIONS: AAM&R takes responsibility for collecting rent from tenants and make every effort to ensure that tenants pay in full and on time. In case an eviction becomes necessary, all court required documents are prepared by an attorney and filed.
CASH FLOW ANALYSIS: AAM&R provides quarterly with a revenue & expense “Details Statement” analysis for a better overview of your investment.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS: AAM&R has a team of proven contractors that are experienced, cost conscious along with excellent quality of work.
